30g coffee, medium-coarse grind
400ml water — 50ml bloom for 35 sec
Total brew time: 3 min 20 sec
Espresso
20g double dose
201°F (94°C)
24 sec pull, 36g out
Cold Brew (Toddy method)
12oz coarse ground coffee, 7 cups water
Steep 24 hours, don't stir
